New Patient Consultations
In-person new patient visits with Dr. Zarek, including a same-day pelvic ultrasound.
Follow-Up Visits
In-person follow-ups during clinic hours, plus telehealth follow-ups any day of the week.
Cycle Monitoring
Monitoring ultrasounds throughout treatment, with results coordinated by the Arbor care team. Bloodwork is drawn at a Quest or Labcorp near you on a lab order from us.
Fertility Testing
Diagnostic ultrasound here. For AMH and hormone panels, we send a lab order to a Quest or Labcorp near you. Results are reviewed with Dr. Zarek.
IUI & IVF Coordination
Cycle planning, monitoring, and follow-ups happen here. The procedures themselves are scheduled at Arbor's Chesterfield flagship office.
Fertility Preservation Counseling
Consultations for egg, sperm, and embryo freezing, including cycles before cancer treatment or gender-affirming care.
