Services at this location
New Patient Consultations
In-person new patient visits with Dr. Zarek every Monday morning. Same-day pelvic ultrasound included.
Follow-Up Visits
In-person follow-ups during Monday clinic, plus telehealth follow-ups any day of the week.
Cycle Monitoring
Monitoring ultrasounds throughout the week with the Columbia care team. Bloodwork is drawn at a Quest, Labcorp, or Boone Hospital lab near you on a lab order from us.
Fertility Testing
Diagnostic ultrasound here. For AMH and hormone panels, we send a lab order to a Quest, Labcorp, or Boone Hospital lab near you. Results are reviewed with Dr. Zarek.
IUI Cycle Management
The Columbia team coordinates IUI cycles end-to-end. Some cycles complete entirely in Columbia; others are timed to a Chesterfield procedure visit.
IVF Cycle Coordination
Stimulation monitoring ultrasounds happen in Columbia, with bloodwork drawn at a Quest, Labcorp, or Boone Hospital lab near you. Egg retrieval and embryo transfer happen at Arbor's Chesterfield flagship office under sedation.
Fertility Preservation Counseling
In-person consultations for egg, sperm, and embryo freezing — including cycles before cancer treatment or gender-affirming care.
