New Patient Consultations
In-person new patient visits with Dr. Zarek on Tuesday mornings and Thursday afternoons. Same-day pelvic ultrasound included.
Follow-Up Visits
In-person follow-ups during Tuesday and Thursday clinic hours, plus telehealth follow-ups any day of the week.
Cycle Monitoring
Monitoring ultrasounds throughout treatment during O'Fallon clinic hours. Bloodwork is drawn at a Quest or Labcorp near you on a lab order from us.
Fertility Testing
Diagnostic ultrasound here. For AMH and hormone panels, we send a lab order to a Quest or Labcorp near you. Results are reviewed with Dr. Zarek.
IUI Cycles
IUI consults, ovulation tracking, cycle planning, and the IUI procedure itself all happen in O'Fallon.
IVF Cycle Coordination
Stimulation monitoring ultrasounds happen in O'Fallon, with bloodwork drawn at a Quest or Labcorp near you. Egg retrieval and embryo transfer happen at Arbor's Chesterfield flagship office under sedation.
