Virtual Fertility Care.
Virtual fertility care gives you access to the same clinical expertise you’d get in our office — from wherever you are. Whether you’re exploring fertility for the first time, seeking a second opinion, or following up on a treatment cycle, a virtual visit lets you connect with Dr. Zarek without the drive, the waiting room, or the time away from work.
Initial virtual consultations are $100 and last 30 minutes. During the visit, Dr. Zarek reviews your medical history, discusses your goals, answers your questions, and outlines potential treatment paths. If diagnostic testing or in-person evaluation is needed, we’ll coordinate that as a next step — many patients complete their first consultation virtually and only visit the office when hands-on care is required.
Virtual visits are available to patients in states where Dr. Zarek is licensed to practice: Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Virginia, and Wisconsin. All visits are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant video. You’ll receive a link before your appointment — no app download required. Records, lab results, and imaging can be shared electronically ahead of your visit so Dr. Zarek can review them before you connect.

Initial Consultation
Your first virtual visit with Dr. Zarek. Review medical history, discuss goals, explore treatment options, and outline next steps. 30 minutes. $100.
Follow-Up Visit
Check in on treatment progress, review lab results, adjust protocols, or discuss next cycle planning. For established Arbor patients. 15–30 minutes. $75 per visit.
Second Opinion
Already working with another clinic? Dr. Zarek reviews your records, offers an independent clinical perspective, and discusses whether a different approach might improve your outcomes. $150.
Not included: Diagnostic testing (bloodwork, imaging, semen analysis), in-person procedures, medications, and any follow-up care that requires a physical visit. Virtual visits are for consultation and planning — hands-on care always happens in our office.

What’s included in the $100 initial consult?
The initial virtual consultation includes a 30-minute video visit with Dr. Zarek. Before your appointment, we’ll ask you to complete an intake form and share any relevant records — lab results, prior treatment summaries, imaging reports. During the visit, Dr. Zarek reviews your history, discusses your fertility goals, explains potential treatment paths, and answers your questions. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of your options and recommended next steps. If you decide to proceed with treatment at Arbor, the $100 consultation fee is applied to your first cycle.
Do I need any testing before a virtual consult?
No. You can schedule a virtual consultation without any prior testing. If you have recent lab results, imaging, or treatment records from another provider, sharing them ahead of your visit helps Dr. Zarek give you more specific guidance — but it’s not required. If diagnostic testing is needed to evaluate your situation, Dr. Zarek will recommend specific tests during your consultation and we’ll coordinate orders that you can complete locally or at our office.
Is virtual care available in my state?
Virtual consultations are available to patients in states where Dr. Zarek holds an active medical license: Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Virginia, and Wisconsin. Licensing requirements can change — contact our office to confirm current availability in your state before booking. If you’re outside our licensed states, we can still provide a one-time second opinion consultation in some cases. All virtual visits are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant video.
What happens after my virtual consultation?
After your virtual visit, you’ll receive a summary of Dr. Zarek’s recommendations and any recommended next steps. If treatment is appropriate, we’ll schedule diagnostic testing (if needed), discuss timing, and help you plan your first cycle. Many patients complete their initial consultation virtually and then visit our office only when hands-on care — like ultrasounds or procedures — is required. Bloodwork is drawn at a lab near you on a lab order from us. Some follow-up visits can also be conducted virtually to minimize office trips.
Can I do my entire treatment virtually?
No. Fertility treatment requires in-person care for diagnostic testing, monitoring, and procedures like egg retrieval or embryo transfer. Virtual visits are designed for consultations, follow-ups, and planning — the thinking and talking parts of your care. The hands-on parts always happen in our office. That said, virtual visits can significantly reduce the number of office trips, especially during the planning and follow-up phases of your treatment.
