What is Needle-Free IVF?

Needle-Free IVF is an advanced fertility protocol that minimizes or eliminates traditional injections during ovarian stimulation. Instead of daily self-injections, patients use a small subcutaneous catheter system similar in concept to the devices used in continuous glucose monitoring, to deliver hormonal medications. Bloodwork and monitoring are adjusted so that much of the medication dosing is handled through this catheter, reducing the number of needle sticks.

How Does it Work?

FAQs

    • Individuals with needle anxiety or difficulty self-injecting.

    • Patients who’ve experienced stress, bruise-related discomfort, or side effects from frequent injections.

    • Those looking for a less invasive, more comfortable IVF or egg freezing cycle.

    • Less physical discomfort: Fewer injections, less skin irritation, and sometimes fewer bruises.

    • Reduced emotional stress: Removing or reducing one of the most common anxieties around IVF—needle shots.

    • Simplified home treatment: More of the hormone delivery is managed via the catheter, meaning fewer steps in your daily at-home routine.

    • Comparable effectiveness: Studies and early patient feedback indicate similar outcomes in terms of egg yield, retrieval, fertilization, and pregnancy rates

  • The device lasts for 9–12 days and can be used for the duration of your stimulation.

  • You may continue all of your normal lifestyle activities. However, we recommend using caution with swimming or high-sweat activities such as saunas, steam rooms, or hot yoga, as these can weaken the dressing.
