## Women under 35 who have been trying to conceive for 12+ months

## Patients interested in fertility preservation (egg or embryo freezing)

## LGBTQ+ couples or individuals pursuing family-building

## Known PCOS, endometriosis, or uterine fibroids affecting conception

The referral process

## 1\. Submit a Referral

Complete the referral form below, fax it to (314) 463-5685, or call [(314) 806-BABY (2229)](tel:+13148062229). Include relevant history, labs, and imaging if available. We’ll take it from there.

## 2\. We Keep You Updated

Your patient hears from us within two business days. You receive updates at every key milestone — evaluation results, treatment plan, cycle start, outcomes. Documentation goes directly to your office.

## 3\. Seamless Transition Back

When treatment is complete, we send a full summary — clinical notes, outcomes, imaging, and follow-up recommendations. Your patient returns to your care with a complete record.

## Gentle Tubal Patency Testing

We offer saline hysterosalpingography (SHG) — a radiation-free, ultrasound-guided alternative to traditional HSG. More comfortable for the patient, lower cost, and results shared with your office the same day.

## At-Home Semen Analysis

Patients can complete semen analysis from home with our mail-in kits. Results in 7–10 days, shared with both the patient and your office. Eliminates a barrier for male-factor workup.

## Needle-Free IVF Option

For patients with needle anxiety, our Needle-Free IVF option uses a subcutaneous catheter for medication delivery — same outcomes, fewer needle sticks. A talking point that helps anxious patients take the first step.
