Our main office and on-site embryology lab are in Chesterfield. We also see patients at seven satellite offices: Columbia, MO; O'Fallon, IL; Fenton; Creve Coeur; St. Peters; St. Charles; and Arnold.

- **Columbia, MO** — By appointment, weekdays
- **O'Fallon, IL** — By appointment, weekdays
- **Satellite offices** — Fenton · Creve Coeur · St. Peters · St. Charles · Arnold — limited hours, call to confirm

- **After hours** — Leave a message; we return non-urgent calls within one business day. Existing patients in cycle have a separate after-hours line provided at intake.

*Closed major federal holidays. We post adjusted holiday hours on the patient portal a week before each closure.*
